Do I need prior experience for the Hydrofoil E-Surf Experience?
No prior surfing or foiling experience is necessary! Our Hydrofoil E-Surf sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly. Our certified instructors will provide a comprehensive land-based briefing and step-by-step guidance on the water, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident. Basic swimming ability is recommended.
What should I bring for my water sports session?
We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. We provide all the necessary equipment for your chosen activity, including boards, paddles, safety vests, and rash guards (if needed). Changing facilities and storage for your belongings are available.
Is booking required, or can I just show up?
We highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially for lessons, guided tours, and the new Hydrofoil E-Surf Experience, as these are popular and have limited spots per session. Rentals can sometimes be accommodated walk-in, but booking is always preferred to avoid disappointment, particularly during peak times.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or to reschedule your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee or forfeit the booking cost. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
What age restrictions apply to your activities?
Most of our activities are suitable for participants aged 8 years and older, provided they have basic swimming skills. The Hydrofoil E-Surf Experience has a minimum age of 12 and a minimum weight requirement for optimal performance and safety. Specific age and weight recommendations vary slightly by activity; please check the details when booking or contact us for clarification.
Is the equipment safe and well-maintained?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority.
